biotext
Biotext bridges Bioinformatics and NLP by encoding data into a Biological Sequence-Like format. Combined with the SWeeP method, it supports vector operations for efficient analysis.
Installation
In a virtualenv (see these instructions if you need to create one):
pip3 install biotext
