cythonautoinstall
Generates and installs simple Cython modules with specified settings. If you are overwhelmed by the compiler directives and the creation of the setup.py file, this is right for you.
Installation
In a virtualenv (see these instructions if you need to create one):
pip3 install cythonautoinstall
