pocketsphinx-fork

Forked version of [pocketsphinx-python](https://github.com/bambocher/pocketsphinx-python) which adds utility for installing models, and the StreamSpeech interface.

Installation

In a virtualenv (see these instructions if you need to create one):

sudo apt install libpulse0 libflac8 libvorbis0a libopus0 libogg0 libasyncns0 libvorbisenc2 libsndfile1
pip3 install pocketsphinx-fork
