pynnotator
A Python Annotation Framework for VCFs using multiple tools (Ex. VEP, SnpEff and SnpSift) and databases (Ex. 1000genomes, dbSNP and dbnfsp) .
Installation
In a virtualenv (see these instructions if you need to create one):
pip3 install pynnotator
