A simple FUSE filesystem for reading files in S3 buckets. Forked from https://github.com/higlass/simple-httpfs and has been adapted to the needs of the 4DN data portal.

Installation

In a virtualenv (see these instructions if you need to create one):

pip3 install simple-s3fs
