  - geo/units.* the unit list (geo IDs, names, codes, areas)
  - geo/crosswalks/ the crosswalks between scales

Exceptions

  - Boundaries. geo/boundaries/, site/data/*.geojson and raw/boundaries/geoboundaries/ come
from geoBoundaries gbOpen (https://www.geoboundaries.org; Runfola et al. 2020, PLoS ONE
15(4): e0231866), whose Bolivian boundaries come from GeoBolivia and are in the public
domain: free to use and redistribute, including commercially. Please credit
"geoBoundaries (GeoBolivia, public domain)". The geo IDs follow GADM 4.1's numbering,
and geo/units keeps GADM's codes and names (gid, name_gadm) as source keys; no GADM
geometry is distributed (version 0.1 of the observatory did).
  - Original sources. Each dataset is derived from third-party data whose own terms and
required credits are listed in its metadata (metadata/<dataset>.datapackage.json,
"sources") and on its page of the website. Where a source requires otherwise, its
terms prevail. The Municipal Atlas of the SDGs in Bolivia 2020 (dataset sdg) states no
open license (© Universidad Privada Boliviana); it is used and shared with the
permission of SDSN Bolivia, and its authors ask to be cited.
  - raw/ holds the original inputs as received; they keep their sources' terms.
  - Website images (images/, media/) keep the terms stated in the website's credits.
