ICGC-data-parser
Tools to facilitate the parsing of SSM data from the International Cancer Genome Consortium data releases, in particular, the simple somatic mutation aggregates.
Installation
In a virtualenv (see these instructions if you need to create one):
pip3 install icgc-data-parser
